Do you provide laser machine settings or material libraries with purchase?
No. Your laser manufacturer should provide your machine settings, material libraries, and help. We do NOT provide any machine settings or material libraries with the purchase of a Dogbone USA product.
Do you offer instructions or tutorials?
Yes, we provide basic usage guidance with our products. Your project will come with access to all the set-up tutorials.
Do you offer laser training or consulting?
Yes, we can laser business consulting and offer limited laser training (e.g., cylinder correction set up and use) for a fee. Contact us for availability and pricing.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and order volume, but most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped shortly after. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. We usually ship UPS ground.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States due to tariffs and complications of international shipping. We apologize and will revisit in the future.
