All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Dogbone Tags
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for any reason once your order for custom dogbone tags has been placed and processed. This includes change of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, or any other customer preference. Why?
Purchases are final at checkout.
Exception: Damaged Items (Only When Replacement Is Not Possible)
If your item, such as our dogbone tags, arrives damaged AND you chose to insure the item at checkout (e.g., broken, cracked, or otherwise unusable due to manufacturing defect or handling), we will do our best to make it right.
If we can replace the item with an identical or comparable one in stock, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you (subject to availability).
If replacement is not possible (e.g., item is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable), we may offer a partial or full refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution at our sole discretion, as per our returns and refunds policy.
To qualify for any consideration under this exception:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (include your order number, photos of the damage and packaging, and a description of the issue).
- The damage must be reported promptly so we can assess and respond effectively.
- Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery do not qualify.
Shipping and Transit Damage – Insurance Requirement
Customers are responsible for choosing whether to insure their package at checkout.
If you select insurance (and pay the associated fee), coverage applies per the terms of the carrier's insurance policy. In the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit/shipping processes, claims are handled through the insurance provider. We will assist with documentation where possible.
If you do NOT select insurance, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues that occur during transit or caused by the shipping carrier/processes. No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided in these cases.
We pack all orders carefully to minimize risk, but transit can be unpredictable. Choosing insurance at checkout provides protection for these situations.
